Whistleblowing

OMFB S.p.a. – Hydraulic Components has long adopted, as part of its 231 management system, a procedure for handling reports called the “Whistleblowing Procedure.”

On March 30, 2023, Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, came into force, implementing European Parliament Directive 2019/1937 on “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions on the protection of persons who report breaches of national law,” which partially repealed and amended the previous legislation on whistleblowing.

Therefore, the Company has supplemented and amended the Procedure attached hereto and has made available to Whistleblowers (meaning all persons who can make a report according to the objective and subjective criteria set out in the Decree) a dedicated platform, My Whistleblowing, which can be accessed via the following address: areariservata.mygovernance.it/#!/ WB/OMFB, which complies with all the requirements of the Decree in terms of maximum protection and confidentiality, while guaranteeing the anonymity of the whistleblower.

Although the use of the Platform is to be considered preferable, we remind you that reports may also be made in the following alternative ways:

  • in writing by ordinary or registered mail, confidential and personal, addressed to the Reports Manager at the following address:
    O.M.F.B. Spa Hydraulic Components
    Via Cave, n. 7/9
    25050 Provaglio d’Iseo (BS)
  • orally, through a meeting with the Reports Manager, a telephone conversation with the latter, or voice messaging systems.
