Ordering Mini Power Units

Changes in Ordering Procedures for Mini Power Units and related Factory-mounted Accessories

Dear Customers,

We are writing to inform you of an important update in the ordering procedures for our mini power units and their related accessories when these need to be assembled by OMFB.

As of today, please submit your orders for mini power units along with their factory-mounted accessories such as panels, solenoid valves, control panels, emergency systems, etc., separately and distinctly from orders for other product families.

Each order should therefore include only one type of mini power unit (and its multiples), accompanied by the necessary assembly accessories.

Additionally, it is essential that the comment “ACCESSORIES MOUNTED” is clearly indicated on the order, specifying any assembly instructions if a particular configuration is requested.

This change has been introduced to streamline the order management process and ensure that each component is correctly identified and processed in order to offer you the best overall service efficiency.

We kindly request your cooperation in following this new procedure with immediate effect to avoid any potential delays or errors in order fulfilment, otherwise components might be supplied loose and not assembled.
